Wireless Security Alarm

I can’t get online using either of those but I can get online by using my Juno web. I only use Juno for my email but have been using it for web usage since I can’t seem to get online otherwise. I spent over 2 hours with a Comcast Tech and finally got them to work and then nothing. I did a System Restore and that worked for one day. I have a wireless system…….a laptop with XP and a desk top with Win 98. The ‘98 has no connection at all. I have a Linksys router that is brand new and I spent hours with Linksys reconfiguring it. I’ve checked all my security settings and I’ve dropped my Zone Alarm firewall as the Linksys tech said there was one built in the router. I’m using AVG for my virus program and it updates daily. I run SpyBot and Ad-Aware regularly. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

Need to install a wireless internet security camera for my home and was wondering if anyone have any suggestions or experience with any.

Needs:

Wide angle and/or can pan left, right, up, down….
Wireless… camera will be mounted about 400ft from router
Watch over the Internet
Save pictures/video to Internet website
Night vision - no street lights
Waterproof - rain storms here

Preferably under $500.
