It only communicates with the doors and the windows, and calls via landline if someone is breaking in. Will these two systems interfere with one another.

i have an alarm system all the windows, doors, motion, sound, glass brake detectors are wireless and the main box where you enter ur password to arm it and disarm it i was noticing there’s no control panel box you know those big square boxes with like a big square battery in them and a mother board or something well anyways there not 1 of those in my alarm i called the alarm company and they said only the old systems need that (hard wired ones) is this literally true or is it just some bull ****
